It's the 5th of September 2025. You've just spent an unforgettable week in the Italian countryside with an incredible group of herbalists. You are feeling energized and ready to bring all that you have learned from the speakers back to your home community and put your skills into practice.
More than anything, you feel deep inside of you that you have the power to practice as an herbalist and have a meaningful impact on the people that you work with.

Event Schedule:
Monday 1st September, 2025
Check-in from 2 pm at "Palazzo Loup", our home for the week. We'll start the week off with an Opening Circle in the beautiful gardens, followed by a foraging walk around the area. We will then proceed with an apericena as our first dinner together.
Tuesday 2nd September, 2025
After breakfast, we'll have our first 3-hour intensive workshop with one of our herbal teachers. Following with a lunch break, we'll have then our second intensive workshop for the day, which will end with a delightful dinner.
Wednesday 3rd September, 2025
After breakfast, we'll start the day with an intensive workshop , followed by lunch. In the afternoon we'll enjoy another 3-hour workshop, and then have dinner together.
Thursday 4th September, 2025
We'll start the day with breakfast and then we’ll split into smaller groups for you to spend more in-depth time with the herbal teacher(s) you feel called to spend time with. After lunch, we’ll have our last workshops on this journey, precisely a student-led elective workshops where you get to share your knowledge with us. For our last night together, a nice formal dinner surrounded by the mountains will attend us.
Friday 5th September, 2025
On the final day, we'll have breakfast and a Closing Circle to enjoy the last few moments of the event and reflect on what we have learned together before checkout at 10:30 am.
Practical Information
How much does it cost? What is included?
You can join us for the LIVE Herbal Connection Intensive in Italy for just 1800 euro. The ticket price includes admission to all events during the intensive, all food and lodging for the duration of the event.
What's NOT included?
Travel to the location and flights to Italy are NOT included. We will help to organize transport to the live intensive location with buses (it's in the Italian countryside), which will be available for a nominal fee to cover the cost of bus hire and drivers. While tea/coffee will be available during the day and a glass of wine will be provided with dinner, additional drinks at the event will also incur an extra charge.
Where are we staying?
We are excited to welcome you to our stunning venue, Palazzo Loup in Italy! Palazzo Loup is an ancient 18th-century residence in Scanello (municipality of Loiano), 30 km from Bologna. The villa is surrounded by a centuries-old park in a unique place nestled in nature between the Emilia Romagna and Tuscany
mountains.

As an Australian living in Italy, I'm bringing together a handful of the herbalists I admire the most in the world so that we can spend a week immersed in this wonderful craft and learning together, while also enjoying the delights Italy has to offer!
